Herefordshire Fairtrade - There is an increasing realisation that issues of world justice are closely linked to global environmental degradation. Hereford is now a Fairtrade City, and Herefordshire Fairtrade Campaign wants Herefordshire to gain the same status as a county.

Herefordshire Foodlinks are managed by the Bulmer Foundation. Aims are to encourage sustainable land management, reduce the negative impact of 'food miles', and support the local economy through the promotion of locally-sourced food and drink. HFL are working to produce a local food directory.
