Welcome to Herefordshire Friends of the Earth

We hold regular public meetings in Hereford on the first Wednesday of the month (except in January and August). Our meetings alternate talks on environmental topics with campaigning evenings, working on current local or national campaigns. We also hold a planning meeting open to members of Herefordshire FOE on the third Wednesday of each month. Both are held at the Canal Road Day Centre, Canal Road, Hereford HR1 2EA. Herefordshire Friends of the Earth is a licenced local group of
Friends of the Earth, the world's largest international environmental campaigning group. You can help with urgent enviromental campaigns with the click of a mouse and get the latest news on FOE campaigns.

Our next meeting

December 3rd: Liberation Gastronomy!

Paul Mobb's 'Energy Beyond Oil Tour' returns to Hereford with 'Liberation Gastronomy' — Paul will be presenting the Energy Beyond Oil' Project's latest research into the energy and resource implications of food cultivation, distribution and consumption. A good follow up from Patricia Dodd Racher's 2007 talk, Empty Plate Tomorrow?
